Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes, the reservation can be canceled as long as it is made at least 24 hours in advance, in this carse we will refund 100% of the amount paid. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, it will mean the loss of 100% of the amount paid.
What happens if the activity is canceled or delayed?
In the event that the activity is delayed, it will not have any modification, since we respect the contracted time.
If, on the contrary, the activity is canceled due to atmospheric conditions, the date and time will be changed. In the event that you cannot attend this, the amount paid will be refunded.
Can I modify the date of my reservation?
Yes, the reservation can be modified with a minimum of 24 hours in advance, as long as there are free places on the new chosen date.
