What do we offer?
Going into the water is easy down the steps or spectacularly swinging from our trapeze. After your swim we will serve you a lovely lunch; paella based on chicken breast and vegetables. We will also serve you some bread and a piece of fruit. Red wine, beer, cola, fanta and water are available to drink. During the excursion all drinks are included in the price. We have an official guide on board who will explain everything in your own language. Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit, camera and your sense of fun!!

Due to their smaller size and speed these boats are perfect for the smaller groups ore as pick ups from the famous Masca walk.

Our most common marine wildlife
* The Bottlenose dolphin and the Short finned pilot whale is resident around our coast the whole year around.
Bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus)
This is the most well-known species of dolphin and can easily be spotted just off the coast of Tenerife. Their average length is 2.7 metres (8.8 feet) for males and 2.5 metres (8.2 feet) for females, with the oldest individuals measuring over 3 metres (10 feet). They live in groups of 10 to 30 members known as pods and their backs are a dark grey colour which grows gradually lighter towards the belly.
Short-finned pilot whale (Globicephala macrorinchus)
It is also known as the pilot whale and belongs to the Delphinidae family. This toothed cetacean (Odontoceti) owes its classification as a whale to its size: it can grow to well over 5 metres (16 feet) long and weigh between 900 and 1,800 kg (1 to 2 tons). This is the easiest species to come across on a whale watching outing in Tenerife.
Occasional visitors: All year round at unspecified frequencies
Atlantic spotted dolphin (Stenella frontalis)
This species can be identified by the spots that cover most of their skin once they reach adulthood. They form large pods and are very active. They are most often spotted between autumn and late spring. Weight: 60-80kg (130-175 lbs). Length: up to 2.3 metres (7.5 feet).
Striped dolphin (Stenella coeruleoalba)
With its bluish colour and stripes that run from its eyes almost down to its tail, this dolphin is very easy to identify. They often steer clear of boats but they are fast swimmers and you might glimpse them jumping out of the water. Weight: 100-130 kg (220-285 lbs). Length: 2.7 metres (8.8 feet).
Common dolphin (Delphinus delphis)
The common dolphin can be found in most of the planet’s oceans. It is easy to identify due to the special yellow markings on its sides. They are most often seen in winter. Weight: 80-130 kg (175-285 lbs). Length: up to 2.5 metres (8.3 feet).
Rough-toothed dolphin (Steno bredanensis)
The ridges and wrinkles on their teeth and their long heads are the most significant features of this species. They are darker than bottlenose dolphins and have light spots on their skin. They group together in pods of 6 to 10 members. Weight: up to 150kg (330 lbs). Length: up to 2.7 metres (8.8 feet).
Sperm whale (Physeter macrocephalus)
This species is the largest of the Odontoceti family and is as big as most whales. Its most notable features are its huge head, grooved dark skin and small dorsal fin. It can go for more than an hour without breathing in order to find food at depths of over 2,000 metres (6,500 feet). They are most often seen in springtime. Weight: 13,500-54,000 kg (15-60 tons). Length: 11-18 metres (36-59 feet).

Bryde’s whale (Balaenoptera brydei)
It is similar in appearance to the sei whale, though the Bryde’s whale is smaller and more robust, featuring a characteristic that is unique to this family: three ridges on the top of its head as opposed to one central ridge. Male specimens measure 13.7 metres (45 feet), while females measure 14.5 metres (47.5 feet) and can reach up to 15 metres (49 feet). Their backs are a dark bluish-grey to metallic grey colour, with slightly lighter sides and an even lighter throat and belly.
Fin whale (Balaenoptera physalus)
Also known as the fin whale, its most prominent feature are its markings. The top and sides of the body are black or a dark greyish-brown, which fades gradually into white on the belly. The colour of the head, however, is asymmetrical. The right side of its face is light grey with a white jaw, matching the colouring of the throat and belly. The left side of its face is darker, with a dark grey jaw and throat. It also has a series of colour markings across the width of its back, behind its head, the most distinctive being shaped like an upside-down V, which is more visible on the right side.
The blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus).
It is a species of cetacean, mycenae of the Balaenopteridae family. Its average size is between 24 and 27 m in length and weigh between 100 tons and 120 tons, although there are records of almost 30 m long and 173 tons of weight, that make it the largest animal on the planet Earth, not only in the present but also the biggest that is known in history.
Risso’s dolphin (Grampus griseus)
Morphologically, this mammal is very similar to the pilot whale but its skin is grey in colour, or even closer to white in some adult specimens, which contrasts with the dark colour of its dorsal fin. Weight: 300-600kg (660-1320 lbs).
Blainville’s beaked whale (Mesoplodon densirostris)
Whale of Blainville beak, is a species of cetacean odontoceto of the Ziphidae family. It is the zifio species with the largest and most studied territory of the Mesoplodon genus. Its name, “densirostris”, means “dense face”. Its body is robust, but less wide than that of other whales of the genus. The head is flat frontally, and its lower jaw is arched, forming a moderately long beak. Adult males are easily recognizable, as they have two teeth protruding from their mouths, which are sometimes infested with cirriped crustaceans.
The yubarta or gubarte (Megaptera novaeangliae)
Also called humpback whale, is a species of cetacean, mycetite of the Balaenopteridae family (rorquals). It is one of the largest fin whales, adults have a length of 12 to 16 m and an approximate weight of 36 000 kg. The species has a distinctive body shape, with long pectoral fins and knotty heads. It is an acrobatic animal that often propels on the surface to then hit the water.
The orca (Orcinus orca)
It is a species of cetacean odontoceto belonging to the family Delphinidae (oceanic dolphins), which inhabits all the oceans of the planet. It is the largest species of dolphin and the only existing current recognized within the genus Orcinus.
The loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta),
or loggerhead, is an oceanic turtle distributed throughout the world. It is a marine reptile, belonging to the family Cheloniidae. The average loggerhead measures around 90 cm (35 in) long when fully grown, although larger specimens of up to 280 cm (110 in) have been discovered. The adult loggerhead sea turtle weighs approximately 135 kg (298 lb), with the largest specimens weighing in at more than 450 kg (1,000 lb).
The green sea turtle (Chelonia mydas),
also known as the green turtle, black (sea) turtle or Pacific green turtle, is a large sea turtle of the family Cheloniidae. It is the only species in the genus Chelonia. Its range extends throughout tropical and subtropical seas around the world, with two distinct populations in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, but it is also found in the Indian Ocean. The common name comes from the usually green fat found beneath its carapace; these turtles’ shells are olive to black.
The hawksbill sea turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata)
is a critically endangered sea turtle belonging to the family Cheloniidae. It is the only extant species in the genus Eretmochelys. The species has a worldwide distribution, with Atlantic and Indo-Pacific subspecies—The hawksbill’s appearance is similar to that of other marine turtles. In general, it has a flattened body shape, a protective carapace, and flipper-like limbs, adapted for swimming in the open ocean. E. imbricata is easily distinguished from other sea turtles by its sharp, curving beak with prominent tomium, and the saw-like appearance of its shell margins. Hawksbill shells slightly change colors, depending on water temperature. While this turtle lives part of its life in the open ocean, it spends more time in shallow lagoons and coral reefs
The leatherback sea turtle (Dermochelys coriacea),
sometimes called the lute turtle or leathery turtle or simply the luth, is the largest of all living turtles and is the fourth-heaviest modern reptile behind three crocodilians. It is the only living species in the genus Dermochelys and family Dermochelyidae. It can easily be differentiated from other modern sea turtles by its lack of a bony shell, hence the name. Instead, its carapace is covered by skin and oily flesh. Dermochelys is the only extant genus of the family Dermochelyidae.

is a small shearwater in the petrel family Procellariidae. Despite the generic name, it is unrelated to the puffins, which are auks, the only similarity being that they are both burrow-nesting seabirds.
Western osprey (Pandion haliaetus)

also called sea hawk, river hawk, and fish hawk — is a diurnal, fish-eating bird of prey with a cosmopolitan range. It is a large raptor, reaching more than 60 cm (24 in) in length and 180 cm (71 in) across the wings. It is brown on the upperparts and predominantly greyish on the head and underparts.
The osprey tolerates a wide variety of habitats, nesting in any location near a body of water providing an adequate food supply. It is found on all continents except Antarctica, although in South America it occurs only as a non-breeding migrant.
As its other common names suggest, the osprey’s diet consists almost exclusively of fish. It possesses specialised physical characteristics and exhibits unique behaviour to assist in hunting and catching prey. As a result of these unique characteristics, it has been given its own taxonomic genus, Pandion and family, Pandionidae. Three subspecies are usually recognized; one of the former subspecies, cristatus, has recently been given full species status and is referred to as the eastern osprey. Despite its propensity to nest near water, the osprey is not classed as a sea eagle.

also known as the North Atlantic little shearwater or Macaronesian shearwater, is a small shearwater which breeds in the Azores and Canaries of Macaronesia in the North Atlantic Ocean. Puffinus is a New Latinloanword based on the English “puffin” and its variants, such as poffin, pophyn and puffing,[2] that referred to the cured carcass of the fat nestling of the Manx shearwater, a former delicacy. Storm petrel (Hydrobates pelagicus)
Storm petrel (Hydrobates pelagicus)
is a seabird in the northern storm petrel family, Hydrobatidae. It is the only member of the genus Hydrobates. The small, square-tailed bird is entirely black except for a broad white rump and a white band on the underwings, and it has a fluttering, bat-like flight. The large majority of the population breeds on islands off the coasts of Europe, with the greatest numbers in the Faroe Islands, United Kingdom, Ireland and Iceland. The Mediterranean population is a separate subspecies, but is inseparable at sea from its Atlantic relatives; its strongholds are Filfla Island (Malta), Sicily and the Balearic Islands.
